Out with Another...

Call them homeless, pan handlers, vagrants, bums, hitch hikers, the scary people that don't shower and smell weird... Whatever you call them, they are coming through Townsville en-mass. The 2 reasons- There is an interstate that runs through Townsville (with a sprawl-mart right off one exit) and it's getting cold so they are going south for the winter!

So my officers say, "dispatch, I'll be out with another at this intersection and the interstate." Then they clear with either a courtesy transport to the next town or they say, "they will be moving on."

Then another officer keys up, "Dispatch, I'm out with another at the other exit."
