Public Service Announcement-If there is lots of thunder and lightning and your light doesn't come on when you flip the switch, there's a good chance you lost power. (Especially if you know that you paid the power bill on time and have recently changed the light bulb.)
But guess what, the police don't care if you don't have power! That means don't call and ask if we can call the 'special police number' for Local Power Co and get it fixed. Guess what else, there is no 'special police number' for Local Power Co here. It's the same number as everyone else has, the one that's in the phone book... Oh wait, people do not know how to use phone books anymore... My bad.

You mean to tell me that there is no special police number for the power company or anywhere else? Please tell me you at least have one of those red emergency phones for calling Batman though. . .
