911R: And you say he's dressed like a cowboy?
Caller: Yes, the hat, boots, vest, everything.
In case someone ever calls and tells you, 'everything' for a cowboy outfit, it can also mean *ssless chaps. Just saying.

haha...lol that's pretty good. And yeah, I from what I heard, he was a lot of fun at booking :). It's bad when the jailers know him by name, right?
